Independent clinical review
Licensed clinicians, not an algorithm.
Trillium is an administrative platform. It does not practise medicine. Every intake is reviewed by an independent, licensed provider who decides whether treatment is appropriate — and that decision is theirs alone.

FAQ
Common questions. Clear answers
What is Trillium Meds?
Trillium Meds exists for one purpose: to connect people with state-licensed healthcare providers and safe, regulated pharmacies at prices that make sense. We prioritize safety, compliance, and affordability. No wellness branding or unnecessary add-ons. Just straightforward access to GLP-1 therapy.
How does Trillium work?
You begin by completing a secure asynchronous health intake form. A licensed provider in your state will review your information. If you meet the clinical criteria for GLP-1 therapy, the provider will issue a prescription and send it directly to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment.
Depending on your state, a synchronous phone appointment with the provider may also be required. Washington DC, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico require synchronous appointments for both the initial intake and follow-ups. Arkansas, Georgia, New Mexico, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia require a synchronous appointment for the initial intake but may allow asynchronous follow-ups. Please note that this list may not include every state, as telehealth regulations change frequently.
Who makes care decisions?
Clinical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers operating through Wasef Health and its affiliated state-specific professional entities. Wasef Health operates through professional corporations or professional associations in multiple U.S. states, including Wasef Health, P.C. and Wasef Health, P.A., as required by state law.
Wasef Health is responsible for all medical evaluations, clinical decisions, and prescribing. Trillium Meds does not provide medical care and does not influence clinical outcomes. Wasef Health can be contacted at contact@wasef-health.com. Additional information is available at https://wasef-health.com/. Phone contact is available by appointment. Their administrative office is located at 5260 78th Ave N, Unit 1697, Pinellas Park, FL 33780.
Patients may contact their assigned licensed healthcare provider through the Trillium Meds patient portal, which facilitates secure communication with independent provider groups. Trillium Meds does not provide medical advice.
Is Trillium available in all 50 states?
Trillium partners with Wasef Health providers who are licensed to serve patients in all 50 states and Puerto Rico are able to connect individuals nationwide to GLP-1–related services.
Do I need insurance?
No. Trillium Meds does not accept insurance. We offer a transparent self-pay model designed to keep access straightforward and affordable.
How does self-pay work?
Self-pay means you pay out of pocket using a credit or debit card. Klarna and Affirm payment plans may be available for certain 3- and 6-month semaglutide and tirzepatide plans. FSA or HSA reimbursement may also be possible. Full details are provided during checkout after completing your intake.
When am I charged?
When you place an order, an authorization hold is placed on your payment method for the full amount. This is not a charge. A licensed provider reviews your intake. If a prescription is issued, the authorization is captured and your card is charged. If treatment is not approved, the hold is released and no charge is made. You only pay if a prescription is issued.
How long does the process take?
Provider review typically occurs within 1–3 business days after intake completion. Most orders ship within 7-10 business days after provider approval. You will receive updates via email, text message, and the Trillium Meds patient portal.
