When am I charged, and what renews?

At intake: a hold, not a charge
An authorization hold is placed on your card. If the provider does not issue a prescription, the hold is released and you are not charged.

At prescription: the charge
The charge is captured when the provider issues a prescription and it is sent to the pharmacy. From that point the order is final and non-refundable.

Renewal: you control it
Plans auto-renew for continuity — 1-month at about 25 days, 3-month at about 10 weeks and 5 days. Pause, turn off auto-renew or cancel in the portal under My Treatments → Plan.
Pricing FAQ
Questions about cost
Is there a membership or subscription fee?
No. The plan price is the only charge. Plans renew so treatment continues without a gap, and you can pause or cancel in the portal.
Does the price change with my dose?
No. The 1-month and 3-month plans cover any dose. The 3-month starter plan covers the first three titrated starter doses and is for people new to GLP-1s.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Some HSA/FSA cards are accepted — try at checkout.
What happens if the provider doesn’t prescribe?
The authorization hold is released and you are not charged.
